Pre-Event SaaS Call
Schedule your 1-on-1 strategy call with the NHX team. We'll review your SaaS concept, identify blockers, and align your build plan before you arrive in Boracay.
Pre-Event Worksheet (Required)
Complete your pre-event worksheet outlining your target market, pricing model, and core feature set. This is required for participation and must be submitted 7 days before the event.
HighLevel Account Setup
Set up your HighLevel account and connect your domain before arriving. The team will send setup instructions via email. Ensure your account is active and ready for the bootcamp.
Submit Flight Details
Submit your flight itinerary so we can coordinate airport transfers and ensure you arrive at the resort on time for the welcome event.
Getting there
Travel & Arrival
Fly into Caticlan Airport (MPH) — the closest airport to Boracay. Flights from Manila take approximately 1 hour.
Our coordination team will meet you at arrivals and manage your complete transfer: airport → jetty port → boat → resort.
Plan to arrive by early afternoon on May 21 to ensure you make the welcome cruise.

Boracay Arrival Reminder
Please book a flight that arrives in Caticlan no later than 12:00 NN on May 21.
Flight time from Manila is around 1 hour and 15 minutes.
We highly recommend booking an early morning flight between 3:00 AM to 10:30 AM to allow buffer time.

1. What is NHX Boracay?
It’s a 4-day, 3-night SaaS Bootcamp in Boracay where you build your own SaaS system inside HighLevel. This is hands-on. You will work from morning until dinner.
2. When is the event?
May 21–24, 2026.
3. What does Full Access include?
If you purchased Full Access (1 person), you get:
• 4D/3N hotel stay (room fits max 2 adults + 2 kids, 4 years old & below)
• All event meals for the event attendee (Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks and Dinner)
• Bootcamp access for the event attendee
• Cruise & wellness session for the event attendee only
• Airport transfer (for 1 person only. Additional airport transfer is ₱1,000 per extra person, roundtrip. Please indicate this in the Special Request section of your form.)

4. Does my +1 in the room get free breakfast under Full Access?
Yes. The hotel room includes breakfast buffet for:
• 2 adults
• 2 kids (4 years old & below)
So if your +1 and kids are staying in the room, they are covered for hotel breakfast.
⚠️ Important: This applies to hotel breakfast only.
Your +1 is not included in:
• Event meals (lunch & dinner)
• Bootcamp access
• Cruise or wellness sessions
• Airport transfer (Additional airport transfer is: ₱1,000 per extra person (roundtrip). Please add it in the Special Request section of your form)
If you want your +1 to be included in the event, upgrade to the Bundle Access or avail the buffet option for P2,000 per pax per meal (to be paid at the venue).
5. I purchased full access. Do I automatically have a +1?
No. They can stay in the same room, but they cannot:
• Join the bootcamp
• Join event meals
• Join cruise or wellness
• Use the airport transfer
6. What is the Bundle option?
Bundle means:
• You get Full Access
• Your +1 gets Event Access
Your +1 can join:
• Bootcamp
• Event meals during program hours
• Cruise & wellness
Hotel room is shared. Airport transport arranged for you and your +1.
7. Can I bring kids?
The room can fit 2 kids (4 yrs old & below). But honestly - not recommended. This is a full-day build event from morning until dinner. You will be busy. If bringing kids, you must arrange supervision.
8. Is airport transfer included?
Yes - for 1 person only (if you bought Full Access). The bundle covers 2 people for airport transfer.
9. What if I bring extra people?
Additional airport transfer is: ₱1,000 per extra person (roundtrip). Please add it in the Special Request section of your form.
10. What date is the airport transfer available?
Airport transfers are available as early as May 19, 20, or 21. If you arrive before May 19, you will need to arrange your own transportation.
11. What if I arrive earlier than May 21?
You may arrive earlier. We can accommodate airport transfers as early as May 19, 20, or 21. If you arrive before May 19, you will need to arrange your own transportation.
12. What if I leave after May 24?
You may extend your stay. But airport transfer is not included after May 24. You must arrange your own transportation and accommodation for any extensions.
13. What airport should I choose?
We can only accommodate airport transfer from Caticlan Airport.
14. What time should I arrive on May 21?
You may arrive anytime on May 21. Airport transfers are available 24/7 on arrival day. However, to get the full event experience, please arrive before 1:00 PM. Our Founder’s Cruise is scheduled at 3:00 PM on May 21, and you don’t want to miss it.
15. What time does the event start each day?
Morning until dinner. This is a full-day build sprint.
16. Do I need a Highlevel account?
Yes. You will need to have your own active Highlevel account to build your SaaS. But please do not purchase anything yet as this will be covered in our pre-event workshop.
17. Is this beginner-friendly?
Yes - if you are serious and willing to work. You don’t need to be technical. But you must execute.
18. Do I need to submit the required form right away?
No rush. Submit anytime on or before March 15. Earlier is better for logistics.
19. Is there a refund?
No. All purchases are final. Seats are limited and reserved.
20. Can I transfer my access to someone else?
Possibly, subject to approval and deadlines. Transfer requests can only be accommodated until March 15. Please email us at [email protected] as early as possible for assistance. After March 15, no transfer requests will be accepted.
21. How many seats are available?
Only 25 founders. This is small on purpose for hands-on building.
22. What should I bring

23. What if I miss the Founder’s Cruise?
The cruise is scheduled on May 21 at 3:00 PM. If you arrive late, you may miss it. We cannot reschedule private activities.
24. Can I check in earlier than May 21?
Early check-in is subject to hotel availability and may have additional charges. Please coordinate directly with the hotel if arriving earlier and mention you’re attending our event to get the discounted rate.
25. Can I extend my stay after May 24?
Yes, you may extend your stay at your own expense. Airport transfer after May 24 is not included.
26. What happens if my flight gets delayed?
If arriving on May 21, transfers are available 24/7. If delayed beyond May 21, you will need to arrange your own transfer.
27. Can I book MNL to Kalibo?
Yes, you may book a flight from Manila (MNL) to Kalibo. However, please note:
Our official airport pickup is only at Caticlan Airport.
If you choose to fly to Kalibo:
• You will need to arrange your own land transfer to Caticlan Jetty Port
• Travel time is approximately 1.5–2 hours by land.
